3D Printing

Why 3D Printing?

3D printing offers a fast, low-cost alternative for building concept and working models. Using durable acrylonitrile butadiene styrene (ABS) plastic Stratasys 3D printers build functional 3D models from the bottom up, one layer at a time.

Designed for workstation and network access, 3D printers are small, affordable, and suitable for office installation near the end user providing convenience and ease.

Stratasys 3D printing can help you quickly fine tune designs and cut weeks, even months, from your development schedule. Now you can test form, fit and function and explore as many design iterations as you like – over your network, right from your desktop.

While there are many variables in comparing service provider costs with internal 3D printing costs, i.e., part complexity, size and tolerances, etc., a company sending one relatively simple part per week to an outside service provider could, by comparison, pay for a 3D printer in a matter of months – and maintain control and confidentiality internally.

3DVision Technologies Proudly Sells and Supports the following Stratasys 3D Printers:

Dimension uPrint Personal 3D Printer $14,900*

The uPrint builds models with ABSplus making it ideally suited for testing the form, fit and function of models and prototypes. uPrint also features a soluble support removal system, allowing for hands-free removal of all the model support material. As a personal 3D Printer, uPrint makes 3D printing immediate and convenient. There's no waiting in queue for a shared printer and no waiting for models to arrive from an outside service. uPrint SE™ 3D Printers $15,900

uPrint SE™ 3D Printers are powered by Stratasys’ patented FDM® (Fused Deposition Modeling™) technology. It’s the 3D printer on which thousands of design engineers test their designs.

The uPrint SE™ 3D Printers highly advanced, powerful, stable platform is made to work seamlessly with CAD software – and it’s the reason no other 3D printer compares with the uPrint SE™.

With the uPrint SE™ 3D Print Pack you get everything you need to start printing immediately. No hidden costs. Nothing more to consider. Just un-box and print. (Watch a video of uPrint in action.)

Dimension BST (Breakaway Support Technology) 1200es Printer $24,900*

The Dimension BST is the lowest-priced office-friendly machine of its kind. Incorporating the same technology as the Dimension SST, the BST produces high-quality ABS models. The difference is that the BST features a manual support removal process where the designer removes the model from the system and breaks the support away by hand.

Dimension SST (Soluble Support Technology) 1200es Printer $32,900*

The Dimension SST incorporates the same technology as the BST; the difference is that the SST features an automated support removal process. The designer simply removes the model from the system into an SST Station. The SST Station is an agitation system that utilizes hot water and a soap bath to automatically wash away the support structures. Essentially, the SST allows for "hands free" printing.
